ECOZYME: Enzyme Production from Agro-industrial Residues in a Circular Economy Context

In fact, thanks to its collaboration with the Groupe de recherche en environnement et biotechnologie (GREB) at Cégep de Rivière-du-Loup, the company uses agro-industrial residues as substrates for enzyme production. This approach not only valorizes waste, but also reduces production costs, making enzymes more accessible.
