Quebec City, April 10, 2024 – The Consortium de recherche et innovations en bioprocédés industriels au Québec (CRIBIQ) announces the start of its search for a candidate for the position of President-CEO.
The CRIBIQ is looking for a visionary and dynamic leader to take the organization to new heights. With a passion for innovation and for linking research and industry, as well as an innate sense of entrepreneurship, benevolence and the ability to mobilize energies around a common vision, the selected candidate will lead a sector-based industrial research organization (RSRI) comprising 250+ companies and Quebec public research institutes (IRPQ) committed to Quebec's economic growth.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President-CEO will strategically direct the CRIBIQ's operations; defining and implementing strategic partnerships and collaborations with industry, government and research institutions will be at the heart of his/her responsibilities. The chosen candidate will be responsible for aligning action plans with strategic objectives, ensuring effective management of human and financial resources, member services, and relations with partners and government authorities. The CEO will play a key role in developing, guiding and monitoring activities to ensure growth, performance and financial profitability, while guaranteeing member and stakeholder satisfaction.
